philoro's Swiss shop, not the German or Austrian one: a site of its own with prices in Swiss francs, and branches in Zurich, Wittenbach and Eschen (Liechtenstein). We read the price list, one table with the whole range, and show the price the customer pays; the list refreshes every three minutes. Investment gold is exempt from VAT in Switzerland; according to the FAQ, silver, platinum and palladium carry 8.1% Swiss VAT, and we take the amount as the price list shows it. The shop delivers within Switzerland and Liechtenstein only, at the rates of its shipping page (insurance and VAT included, and CHF 3 per kilo above 10 kg); customers from Germany and Austria are sent to its own shop there. Ordering online and collecting at a branch is possible, paying in cash. We read gold and silver coins and bars, platinum and palladium; the collector coins (Numismatik) not. The FAQ names Trusted Shops, but we found no profile at the publisher through the shop, so it is not listed.
